Setting Up WooCommerce for Bulk Import

Before you can import your menu, make sure WooCommerce is installed and configured on your WordPress site.

Step 1: Install WooCommerce #

If you haven’t already installed WooCommerce, follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
3. Search for “WooCommerce” and click Install Now.
4. After installation, click Activate.

Step 2: Set Up WooCommerce #

Once WooCommerce is activated:

1. Follow the setup wizard to configure your store.
2. You can skip the store details that don’t apply to restaurants (like shipping options, taxes, etc.).
3. Ensure that WooCommerce is ready for product entries, as menu items will be added as products.
